Zen & Art is located in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal, near the town centre, less than 1 km from the castle and 6 km from Europarque. The city of Porto and the River Douro are 30 km away, and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 45 km away. Espinho beach is 15 km away.
No prepayment required
No prepayment is required at the time of booking. Your credit card is used at the time of booking for verification purposes only. Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. After this deadline, the full amount of the booking will be charged in the event of cancellation or no-show.

Non-refundable
No refund in the event of cancellation, modification or no-show. The full amount of the booking must be prepaid at the time of confirmation.
Children are welcome. Accommodation for babies up to 2 years of age is free of charge. If you require a cot, please select this option and/or request one when booking.
For children aged 3 to 8, a child supplement of €20.00 applies. If you require an extra child’s bed, please select this option and/or mention it at the time of booking.
Arrivals: please let us know your best estimated time of arrival. Check-in is between 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm. If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to store your luggage until you can access your room. For arrivals after 6.00 pm, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange the best way to facilitate your arrival.
Check-out: as a general rule, check-out must be completed by 12 noon. If you wish, and subject to availability, we will be happy to store your luggage at reception.
Pets are generally not allowed. However, please contact contact to check the possibility in your specific case.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house or in the bedrooms. Smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor area.
We accept payment by cash, debit card or credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Depending on the rate, card details may be required as a guarantee at the time of booking for the reservation to be considered valid. All prices quoted on our website or elsewhere for rooms and services include VAT (the standard sales tax in Portugal). Should VAT rates change, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
Yes. The Zen & Art is 1 km from the Castle and the historic centre, where the Viagem Medieval takes place — a distance that can easily be covered on foot. In 2026, the event will take place from 29 July to 9 August. See our Viagem Medieval guide and book in advance: the city gets fully booked on these dates.
